Agent registration
The rules
- LASRERA registration is compulsory for agents in Lagos.
- A valid CAC registration for your business.
- A signed co-broking agreement with KoboSafe.
- One agent per client — no double representation.
- Never collect money from the client. Money goes to the owner's account.
How it works
- 1. Register and we verify your ID, CAC and LASRERA.
- 2. We send the co-broking agreement.
- 3. On signing, we issue your agent code.
- 4. Share your tenant application link and earn 50%.
