What we check

- Land Registry search.
- Court search (Full and Premium).
- Survey charting (Full and Premium).
- Physical site visit and photographs (Premium).
What verification is
Verification is a limited, point-in-time check carried out at a specific date. It reflects the information available to us at that time and does not monitor the property or title afterwards.
