Due diligence

Don't send a kobo until it's checked.

The KoboSafe Check is a fixed-fee due diligence report. We check the seller's identity, the title, the Land Registry, the courts, the survey and — at the Premium level — the site itself, before any money moves.

What we check

Six checks, one report

Seller identity

We confirm who is selling.

Title document review

C of O, Governor's Consent, Deed of Assignment.

Land Registry search

An official search for title and encumbrances.

Court search

A search for pending litigation.

Survey charting

We chart the survey against the registry.

A physical visit and photographs.
