Clear about who acts for whom
KoboSafe acts for the owner, seller or landlord. We are not the buyer's or tenant's agent. If you have your own agent, they can register with us and receive 50% of our agency fee on deals they introduce. Either way, every deal is checked before any money moves.

Agency services
An agreed percentage, set in writing before we act, paid only to KoboSafe's company account with a receipt.
Applies to sales, long lets, shortlets and management.
Due diligence (KoboSafe Check)
A fixed fee, paid in advance, non-refundable whether or not the client buys. If the client buys the property through KoboSafe, the fee is deducted from the agency fee.
Desk Check — Identity, title document review and a Land Registry search — done from our desk.
Full Check — Everything in Desk, plus a court search and survey charting.
Premium Check — Everything in Full, plus a physical site visit and photographs.
