This policy explains how Estenaj Consult Global Limited t/a KoboSafe collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA 2023).
What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone and WhatsApp number.
- Country and city, and details about your property or requirement.
- Information you give us in forms, bookings and documents.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide our services.
- To send confirmations and reminders for bookings.
- To send you relevant updates, where you have consented.
How we contact you
We may contact you by email, WhatsApp and SMS. Every form includes a required consent tick box: "I agree KoboSafe may contact me by email, WhatsApp and SMS, as set out in the Privacy Policy."
Sharing
We share data only with the owner, seller or landlord (or their lawyer) as needed to progress a deal, and with processors who help us operate. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent, by emailing hello@kobosafe.com.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data. KoboSafe never asks for your BVN, PIN or OTP.
